ASK (Areak Synergier Kort)

Danmarks Miljøportal participates in KL's ASK project, which aims to support the municipalities' work with the holistic land use and conversion of areas, e.g. under the auspices of the green tripartite agreement (Grøn Trepart).

The project wants to provide help for self-help in the municipalities by:

  1. To create an overview of common public data that can be used for the area analyses and to group the data sets into relevant areas of interest.
  2. To show best practice on how different area interests can be compared and weighted in so-called synergy maps.
  3. To help transfer knowledge to the municipalities so that they can access desired area analyses and overall synergy maps in their own systems.

ASK is working on creating a gross catalogue of relevant data sets within a number of relevant area interests, e.g. Lowland, Biodiversity, Afforestation, etc. Knowledge from the ASK project will be included in Danmarks Miljøportal's project on the development of a system that can support the municipalities' work in the process of finding suitable areas for conversion.

The project focuses on:

  • Good use of common public data and exhibition platforms as a basis for good area analyses (Synergikort)
  • Setting up the most requested synergy maps to support cross-cutting dialogues and local decision-making processes
  • Good facilitation and knowledge sharing about data and synergy maps to support the local anchoring of knowledge.

The ASK project is funded by 15. juni Fonden.
